#THESTUDY: #HOWCOFFEEMAKES YOU #LIVELONGER

Public relations professionals love coffee; they work in one of the , most caffeinated industries.
And despite what the java abstainers and tea drinkers say, all of that coffee is, in fact, good for them—in even making these hard-working professionals live longer.

The new study, by AARP and the National Institute of Health, followed more than 400,000 healthy people between the ages of 50 and 71 for 13 years. During that time, 13 percent of them died. Across the board, coffee drinkers outlived their peers. And the more coffee they drank, the lower their risk of mortality.

From CNN:
Compared with people who drank no coffee at all, men and women who drank six or more cups per day were 10 percent and 15 percent less likely, respectively, to die during the study.” Even one cup a day has benefits, according to the study.
Drink up. It’s good for you.
